Dear colleague,

 
As postdocs ourselves, we know this job can be challenging. Working with the Erasmus MC Postdoc Network, we aim to support the career of early career researchers in our institution and to improve their working conditions. To pursue this goal, we need your inputs and 10 minutes of your time to fill this anonymous survey.
 
We will ask you information about your career and your experiences as an early career researcher. Please, be aware that some of the questions are more focused on postdoc positions. These information will help us to better understand what our colleagues at the Erasmus MC think and experience, and to collect their criticisms and suggestions for improvements. These valuable insights will be taken to the attention of the policy-makers.
