Questionnaire Palliakid
Thank you for your interest in this survey. This survey is part of PALLIAKID, a comprehensive European project in Pediatric Palliative Care (PPC), focusing on adapting and exploring novel interventions to enhance the well-being and quality of life of children and young adults with palliative and end-of-life care needs across various healthcare systems in Europe. The questionnaire is intended for healthcare professionals working in care for children with a life-limiting illness in different European countries. The aim of the study is to understand how they assess the current and future care needs and strengths of children with a life-limiting illness and their families.
The questionnaire consists of the following four sections:
The questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary, and you can stop completing the questionnaire at any time by closing the survey link. All data collected and processed will be kept anonymous, confidential, and stored on a password-protected database at Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
